💡 概要

全羅南道羅州市松月洞にある湖南線の駅です。竹林洞にあった旧羅州駅は、1929年、光州へ通学していた韓国人学生と日本人学生の衝突により光州学生独立運動が起こった場所です。そのため、長い間移設が引き伸ばされてきましたが、2001年7月10日、湖南線複線化開通により、栄山浦駅と統合されることで羅州市庁前に移転しました。現在は、湖南線のほぼ全路線が停車する他、KTXも一部停車しています。
